Job Requirements
- high school graduate
- attended skills training school
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- able to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
- physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
- basic english literacy to communicate effectively
- no prior experience required
Job Qualifications
- English literate to meet business needs
- good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
- flexible with working hours including morning, evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
- good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms
- high school graduate and attended skills training school
Job Duties
- Ensure guest rooms are impeccably maintained and guest requests are promptly addressed
- execute housekeeping duties including making beds, scrubbing bathrooms, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets
- monitor and replenish guest requests for linen, towels, and other amenities
- fulfill extensive cleaning responsibilities as needed
- keep housekeeping cart stocked and maintained daily
- transport housekeeping supplies efficiently during shifts
- dispose of garbage and recyclables correctly to support environmental initiatives
