Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to walk, bend, stretch and perform repetitive motions throughout shift
- Willing to wear a vacuum backpack and use industrial cleaning equipment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Committed to following safety and cleanliness standards
- Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and members
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is a bonus but not required
- Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Capable of lifting light to moderate weights up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Willingness to work weekends and varied shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Keep club areas spotless and organized including locker rooms, fitness zones, spa, and Kids Zone
- Identify and maintain cleanliness in high-traffic "hot spots" ensuring safety and hygiene
- Operate industrial laundry equipment and manage laundry room effectively
- Greet members warmly and assist with inquiries showing a friendly attitude
- Follow supervisor instructions attentively ensuring quality and compliance with cleaning standards
- Support team efforts by pitching in during special events, programs, and Service Days
- Maintain clear, friendly communication and adhere to punctuality and attendance policies
