Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to walk, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions during shifts
- Willingness to wear vacuum backpack
- Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent is a bonus
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to lift light to moderate weight up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working weekends and flexible shifts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Keep club areas clean and organized including locker rooms, fitness zones, spa, and Kids Zone
- Maintain high-traffic areas ensuring cleanliness, safety, and welcoming environment
- Operate laundry equipment efficiently
- Greet members with friendliness and helpfulness
- Follow supervisor guidelines with attention to detail
- Participate in special events and Service Days when required
- Communicate clearly and positively with team members and members
