Job Requirements

- Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and over 25 pounds with assistance
- Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment
- Possess legal work authorization in the United States

- Experience in housekeeping or hospitality, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards

Job Duties
- Inspect the work of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for cleaning and upkeep
- Train and coach staff
- Perform employee standard testing daily and collect room and floor status sheets
- Monitor daily progress of Room Attendants
- Inspect completed rooms to ensure all standards are met and correct deficiencies
- Coordinate work orders and follow up to ensure completion
- Release checkout rooms to be sold
- Monitor performance of House Attendants and Public Attendants
- Ensure sufficient supplies are available on guest floors and public areas
- Check cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and linen closet
