Job Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and over 25 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment
  • Possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Experience in housekeeping or hospitality, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Inspect the work of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for cleaning and upkeep
  • Train and coach staff
  • Perform employee standard testing daily and collect room and floor status sheets
  • Monitor daily progress of Room Attendants
  • Inspect completed rooms to ensure all standards are met and correct deficiencies
  • Coordinate work orders and follow up to ensure completion
  • Release checkout rooms to be sold
  • Monitor performance of House Attendants and Public Attendants
  • Ensure sufficient supplies are available on guest floors and public areas
  • Check cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and linen closet
