Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Physical capability to reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to perform duties with attention to detail
  • Willingness to undergo background and drug screening as per company policy
  • Commitment to following company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, and standing for long periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Completes checklists to report cleanliness and condition of assigned areas
  • Identifies room assignments and types of cleaning required
  • Inspects guest rooms after cleaning
  • Determines order of room cleaning and readiness
  • Responds promptly to guest and department requests
  • Enters status of cleaned rooms on assignment sheets
  • Assists with cleaning rooms, villas, house aide duties, and public spaces
  • Welcomes and greets guests while anticipating their needs
  • Interacts professionally with colleagues and guests
  • Contributes to team goals
  • Follows company policies and safety procedures
