Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in senior living, hotels, or healthcare
  • at least 1 year supervisory experience
  • positive, hands-on leadership style
  • knowledge of cleaning products and safety standards
  • ability to motivate and manage a team
  • reliable and detail-oriented

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • at least 2 years of housekeeping experience preferably in senior living, hotels, or healthcare
  • minimum 1 year in a supervisory role
  • knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety standards
  • strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate schedules and train new team members
  • inspect spaces to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort
  • keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth and safe operations
  • supervise daily housekeeping tasks to ensure community cleanliness
  • motivate and support the housekeeping team
  • enforce safety and cleanliness protocols
