Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in senior living, hotels, or healthcare
- at least 1 year supervisory experience
- positive, hands-on leadership style
- knowledge of cleaning products and safety standards
- ability to motivate and manage a team
- reliable and detail-oriented

- at least 2 years of housekeeping experience preferably in senior living, hotels, or healthcare
- minimum 1 year in a supervisory role
- knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety standards

Job Duties
- Coordinate schedules and train new team members
- inspect spaces to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort
- keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment
- collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth and safe operations
- supervise daily housekeeping tasks to ensure community cleanliness
- motivate and support the housekeeping team
- enforce safety and cleanliness protocols
