Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- must be able to access and navigate the facility
- employees are required to adhere to safety requirements by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment
- work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs
Job Qualifications
- Experience with hotel property management systems
- experience with using Microsoft Office applications and basic computer use
- bilingual in English and Tagalog or Spanish
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations
Job Duties
- Supervise and assist in training housekeeping staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests
- inspect and assist in cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained up to Marriott standards
- coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner
- maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment
- ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
- handle any other duties assigned as requested by the Director of Housekeeping
