Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of relevant housekeeping experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferably in a hotel or resort
- Ability and willingness to work full-time 8-10 hour shifts including weekends and holidays between 7 a.m. and 12:45 a.m.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Qualifications

- 1+ years of prior relevant housekeeping experience
- 2+ years of prior relevant supervisory or management experience preferably in a resort setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and high standards on assigned floors
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and maintain excellent customer service
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and manage records of repairs and quality of work
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations
- Complete daily reports and submit required paperwork using technology
