Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping or hotel operations

Job Duties
- Prepare daily staff schedules and complete work distribution reports, ensuring all areas of the hotel are properly assigned and covered
- Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to verify they meet Le Méridien’s distinguished cleanliness and presentation standards
- Train and guide new housekeeping associates while providing ongoing coaching and development for existing team members
- Review early make-ups, special requests, and VIP accommodations to guarantee seamless guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate written records for all lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and handling
- Run daily departure reports and re-inspect all rooms within your assigned section to ensure readiness and perfection
- Promptly complete and submit work orders for maintenance needs, and immediately report any safety or security concerns to management for swift resolution
