Job Requirements
- Lift and carry average weight of 20lbs frequently, maximum weight frequently 50lbs
- Standing or walking up to two miles per day on cement, tile, asphalt, and carpet
- Reaching or overhead extension to pull items down
- Pushing and pulling average weight frequently 50lbs, maximum weight 150lbs
- Repetitive motions of bending, kneeling, stooping, and twisting
- Working with and exposed to fumes, chemicals, vibrations, humidity, cold, heat, dust, and noise
- Must adhere to the hotel’s safety standards and procedures
- regular and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Treating others with respect and behaving in a manner that is positive, productive and encourages teamwork
- Able to work a variety of hours or shifts
- Ability to communicate with guests as well as team members
- Ability to plan and organize the work of others

Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months' previous housekeeping experience
- May require a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
- Must pass criminal background check
Job Duties
- Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff
- Apply the company handbook and employment and labor laws in a fair and equitable manner
- Follow predictive scheduling laws and regulations
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in the development of the department's annual budget
- Monitor performance against plan
- Maintain room quality based on hotel objectives
- Monitor and maintain the level of cleanliness in rooms, storage area, laundry, restrooms, and public areas
