Job Requirements
- four years of experience performing housekeeping activities in a state facility or other public building
- or four years of full-time experience as a housekeeper in a school, hospital, hotel, or other institution including one year of supervisory experience
- valid Maryland driver's license
- ability to drive state vehicles according to state policy
- availability to work weekends, holidays, and emergency situations
- may be required to live on campus

- experience with cleaning commercial establishments
- experience with Microsoft Word
Job Duties
- supervise housekeeping staff engaged in cleaning activities
- oversee maintenance of all common area cleanliness
- requisition and manage cleaning supplies inventory
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- coordinate schedules and assign work to housekeeping personnel
- maintain records related to housekeeping activities
- drive state vehicles as required in accordance with state regulations
