Job Duties
- support housekeeping management with planning and execution of daily housekeeping and laundry activities
- maintain cleanliness of guestrooms, public spaces, exteriors, restaurants, bars, and back-of-house areas
- evaluate and coordinate responses to housekeeping needs and requests
- oversee housekeeping team performance and guest service standards
- manage priorities and timelines within the housekeeping department
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- train and mentor housekeeping staff
