Job Duties
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- ensure that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- ensure that all public areas are clean and inviting
- respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed
- maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
