Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- at least 1 year of experience supervising staff
- ability to comply with company safety policies and procedures
- maintain a professional and neat appearance
- protect company property and maintain confidentiality
- ability to perform physical activities including lifting 55 pounds or more with assistance
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- willingness to work full-time on-site at Miami Beach location
- ability to work in varying physical conditions such as narrow spaces, stairs, and uneven surfaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- minimum 1 year of related work experience
- at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to perform physical tasks requiring manual dexterity and coordination
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool after cleaning to ensure quality standards
- prepare room availability reports and update room statuses
- prioritize room cleaning and manage discrepancies in room availability
- coordinate housekeeping activities daily and act as liaison with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments
- document and resolve room discrepancies with Front Desk
- prepare and communicate changes in room assignments
- ensure all issues are communicated to the next shift
- complete required paperwork
- assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, advising, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
