Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year of experience in institutional housekeeping
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Ability to demonstrate CARE values of compassion, accountability, relationships and excellence
- Physical stamina and endurance to provide cleaning and laundry services

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate housekeeping and laundry staff to follow safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor, teach, mentor, and supervise aides on a daily basis
- Plan, organize, and direct housekeeping and laundry operations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal sanitation standards
- Foster a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents
- Coordinate work schedules and manage staff performance
- Handle inventory and supplies management
