- Availability to work full-time with required weekends

Job Duties
- Lead, mentor, and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams
- Ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet quality and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Coach staff to uphold department policies and expectations
- Manage team schedules and workload to optimize efficiency
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
