Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or related field
  • Availability to work full-time with required weekends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively
  • Commitment to upholding company standards and policies
  • Pass background check and maintain drug-free status

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a housekeeping or cleaning supervisor in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and work cohesively with a team
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Organized, professional, and proactive leadership style

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams
  • Ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet quality and cleanliness standards
  • Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Coach staff to uphold department policies and expectations
  • Manage team schedules and workload to optimize efficiency
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
