Job Requirements
- High School diploma preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred

Job Duties
- Train schedule coach and support associates ensuring they perform according to brand or hotel standards
- Screen job applicants and hire new employees when applicable
- Train staff to clean rooms efficiently or coordinate with external vendors for training
- Communicate guest service scores to improve guest satisfaction
- Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to associates
- Occasionally assist with room cleaning
- Address associate performance and behavior concerns directly or through vendors
- Supervise laundry employees if applicable
- Prepare work schedules based on anticipated occupancy
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards
- Assist in the breakfast area as needed
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as requested by management
