Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of related work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work varied shifts including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Reliable attendance
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise a team of employees

Job Duties

  • Provide supervision at the direction of management to coordinate activities of workers engaged in facilities operations or services
  • Coordinate and support key functions and manage between 3 and 10 employees during business hours
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Maintain client-specific requirements and company policies
  • Assign daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
