Job Duties
- Train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring they perform according to brand standards and HHM core values
- Screen job applicants and hire new employees when applicable
- Train staff to clean rooms efficiently according to established standards or coordinate with vendors
- Communicate guest service scores to drive improvement
- Issue cleaning supplies and equipment
- Occasionally clean rooms or assist staff
- Address associate performance and behavior concerns
- Supervise laundry employees if applicable
- Prepare work schedules or coordinate with vendors to ensure staffing meets occupancy
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and follow safety standards
- Assist in the breakfast area as needed
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as requested by management
