- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read write and speak English fluently
- Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities including room cleaning public area maintenance and laundry operations
- Train motivate and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
- Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards ensuring a healthy work environment
