Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in housekeeping or cleaning role
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to read write and speak English fluently
  • Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

  • 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills bilingual a plus
  • Read write and speak English fluently

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities including room cleaning public area maintenance and laundry operations
  • Train motivate and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
  • Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards ensuring a healthy work environment
