- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- supervise and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards
- lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
- train and equip staff to deliver exceptional service
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- order supplies as needed
- collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly
- work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
