Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel setting
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
  • excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year in a supervisory role in hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to deliver excellent guest service and cleanliness
  • inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards
  • manage housekeeping inventory and maintain adequate supplies and equipment
  • respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
