Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel setting
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
- excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to deliver excellent guest service and cleanliness
- inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards
- manage housekeeping inventory and maintain adequate supplies and equipment
- respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
- collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
