Job Duties

Supervise and train housekeeping staff including room attendants and laundry personnel
inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards
coordinate daily room assignments and cleaning schedules based on occupancy and staffing levels
monitor and manage supplies linens and cleaning products to avoid shortages or waste
respond to guest requests and complaints professionally ensuring prompt resolution
ensure adherence to safety sanitation and company policies
coordinate with front desk and maintenance for room readiness and issue resolution
