Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management

Job Duties
- Provide supervision at the direction of management to coordinate activities of housekeeping workers and service employees engaged in facilities operations
- Coordinate and support key functions and manage between 3 and 10 employees during normal business hours
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Ensure staff adherence to safety and cleanliness standards
- Support the creation of a healthy and safe working environment
- Adapt duties according to business necessities and client requirements
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed
