Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform activities such as walking lifting up to 25 pounds reaching kneeling and bending
- Flexible availability including holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Train scheduling coaching and support of associates ensuring compliance with brand or hotel standards
- Screen job applicants and hire new employees for housekeeping positions
- Train staff or coordinate with external vendors to ensure proper cleaning techniques
- Communicate guest service scores to boost satisfaction
- Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff
- Occasionally assist with room cleaning duties
- Address performance and behavior concerns among associates directly or through vendors
- Supervise laundry employees if applicable
- Prepare work schedules based on occupancy forecasts
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM's EarthView program
- Ensure safe work habits and compliance with MSDS and OSHA standards
- Assist in breakfast area as needed
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
