Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work varied schedules including holidays and weekends
- Commitment to follow safety and sustainability standards
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to address employee performance issues
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and communication
Job Duties
- Train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring performance aligns with brand and hotel standards
- Screen job applicants and hire new employees when applicable
- Train staff to clean rooms efficiently or coordinate with external vendors for training
- Communicate guest service scores to drive improvements and guest satisfaction
- Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to associates
- Assist in cleaning rooms or support staff when needed
- Address performance and behavior concerns directly or through vendors
- Supervise laundry employees if applicable
- Prepare work schedules or provide occupancy forecasts for staffing
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA and MSDS standards
- Assist in the breakfast area as needed
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
