Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping or supervisory role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Job Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Training skills and experience providing staff development
- Relevant hospitality or housekeeping certifications are a plus
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations including inspections and reporting to ensure standards and productivity levels are being met
- Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants
- Provide training and support to staff fostering a positive work environment
- Handle Lost and Found items with care and integrity
- Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met
- Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
- Perform other duties as requested by management
