Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping or supervisory role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Job Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Training skills and experience providing staff development
  • Relevant hospitality or housekeeping certifications are a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations including inspections and reporting to ensure standards and productivity levels are being met
  • Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants
  • Provide training and support to staff fostering a positive work environment
  • Handle Lost and Found items with care and integrity
  • Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met
  • Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
