Job Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or related field
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards
- Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
- Train and equip staff to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs
- Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
