Job Requirements
- 6 months experience in housekeeping or cleaning role
- proven supervisory or leadership experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
- availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
- train, motivate, and mentor housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
- conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
- collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- uphold safety and sanitation standards ensuring a healthy work environment
