- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision

Job Duties
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues
- report and ensure correction of deficiencies
- collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet cleanliness and productivity standards
- lead, train, and mentor housekeeping staff
- manage onboarding and performance of team members
- maintain professionalism and guest service at all times
