Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision
  • ability to work weekends and holidays
  • basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to train and mentor staff
  • reliable and professional work ethic

Job Duties

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues
  • report and ensure correction of deficiencies
  • collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet cleanliness and productivity standards
  • lead, train, and mentor housekeeping staff
  • manage onboarding and performance of team members
  • maintain professionalism and guest service at all times
  • drive team accountability and support guest satisfaction goals
