- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping
- strong knowledge of cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication and leadership abilities
- physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties
- attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in housekeeping or related field
- strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- familiarity with inventory management
- experience with scheduling and task delegation

Job Duties
- Directly supervises all laundry and housekeeping staff
- inspect rooms for cleanliness and compliance
- check staff levels to ensure department is adequately staffed
- be fully compliant with housekeeping/maintenance brand and corporate procedures
- create task boards and open housekeeping in morning as needed
- proactively maintain assigned areas and equipment
- knowledge and completion of proper cleaning procedure
- review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete assignments
- knowledge and completion of safety procedures
- must be able to work flexible shifts
