Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or hospitality experience
- leadership experience in a supervisory role
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours

- knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards

Job Duties
- Practice and promote company-wide culture and service standards
- support housekeeping attendants on guest floors, public areas, and linen
- assign daily rooms status report for opening and closing the house
- supervise status board operators to ensure all rooms are cleaned and discrepancies reconciled
- manage lost and found process
- monitor housekeeping attendants to ensure high productivity levels
- enhance communication among housekeeping team
- maintain strict radio control
- control housekeeping equipment and inventory
- monitor and track heavy cleaning projects
- perform room inspections and evaluate housekeeping attendants
- counsel team members positively
- conduct candidate interviews
- recommend candidates for promotions
- ensure OSHA training completion
- complete team member evaluations
