Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Hilton Garden Inn quality standards
- Assign daily tasks and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues
- Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in administrative tasks as required
