Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections and productivity reports
- Lead and motivate housekeeping staff such as Room and House Attendants
- Manage safety protocols including lost-and-found and key control
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across property facilities and equipment
- Provide hands-on training and support to team members
- Step in for the Housekeeping Manager as needed to ensure seamless operations
