Job Requirements
- Experience with properties (hotels and resorts) with more than 500 rooms
- One-year progressive housekeeping supervisory/management experience required
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Bilingual skills are helpful but not required

Job Duties
- Monitor and evaluate staff work performance on an on-going basis, praise and discipline staff as appropriate
- Monitor and assist with training of room attendants
- Monitor and schedule routine inspections of all guest rooms/suites and public areas to ensure everything is clean and in good repair
- Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers, associates and other departments
- Understand all duties of room attendants, housepersons, and supervisors and assist when needed
- Perform other duties as requested by management
