Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- Three or more years of recent related housekeeping experience including one year supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience supervising housekeeping or general maintenance functions preferably in hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to perform under deadlines or pressure
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and prioritizing skills
- Availability to respond to property needs on a 24-hour basis
- Effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of safety laws, workers compensation, employment laws, and the Colorado Limited Gaming Act
- Basic computer skills

- Demonstrated experience supervising housekeeping or general maintenance functions preferably in hospitality

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety procedures and the use of safety equipment
- Supervise housekeeping employees including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplinary actions
- Plan and assign work schedules and duties for 20-40 housekeeping staff based on occupancy forecasts
- Monitor property conditions to ensure attractiveness and safety for guests and staff
- Prepare supply requisitions, control inventory, and manage the lost and found compartment
- Conduct ongoing training on department policies, procedures, and equipment use
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to maintain positive relations and efficient operations
