Job Requirements

- previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred

Job Qualifications
- strong knowledge of housekeeping cleaning methods and laundry operations
- ability to lead and motivate a housekeeping team
- understanding of chemical use and safety
- experience operating commercial cleaning equipment
- excellent customer service skills
- effective communication and team collaboration abilities
- prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
Job Duties
- assist the Executive Housekeeper with various housekeeping and laundry functions
- maintain exceptional service levels through guest and team member satisfaction
- ensure high quality standards in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, department storage, and work areas
- lead the Housekeeping team to meet cleanliness and Drury quality standards
- manage the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
- operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers and dryers
- uphold integrity, service, and hospitality in all interactions
