Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- six months related housekeeping experience
- open availability including weekends and holidays
- must provide valid documents to work in the US
- legal age requirements for the position
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift 30 lbs
- coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- flexible to work in varying weather conditions
- willingness to wear protective equipment when required

Job Duties
- Have a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- maintain consistently high levels of cleanliness in all assigned areas through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections
- constantly patrol public and service areas to ensure utmost cleanliness
- schedule housekeeping staff
- make decisions in absence of Executive Housekeeper according to standards and SOPs
- assist in other housekeeping management areas as scheduled
- report deficiencies in guest and employee areas to management or engineering
- maintain punctual, regular, and reliable attendance
- support safe work practices and a safe working environment
- perform other duties as assigned by management
- supervise all housekeeping employees
- train, supervise, motivate, and develop line staff employees
- assign duties and monitor quality of work to ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations
- provide day-to-day guidance and actively promote performance
- identify and report team issues to Executive Housekeeper
- meet legal age requirements for the position
