Job Duties
- Train, schedule, coach and support housekeeping associates ensuring compliance with brand standards and HHM core values
- Screen job applicants and participate in hiring housekeeping staff
- Train staff or coordinate with vendors to ensure proper cleaning practices
- Communicate guest service scores and drive improvements in guest satisfaction
- Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping associates
- Occasionally clean rooms or assist housekeeping staff with cleaning
- Address associate performance and behavior issues directly or through vendors
- Supervise laundry employees when applicable
- Prepare work schedules and coordinate staffing levels based on occupancy
- Follow sustainability practices related to HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and adhere to OSHA and MSDS standards
- Assist in the breakfast area as needed
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
