Job Duties

  • supervise and train housekeeping staff, including room attendants and laundry personnel
  • inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Sonesta's cleanliness and presentation standards
  • coordinate daily room assignments and cleaning schedules based on occupancy and staffing levels
  • monitor and manage supplies, linens, and cleaning products to avoid shortages or waste
  • respond to guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution
  • ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and company policies
  • coordinate with front desk and maintenance for room readiness and issue resolution
