Job Requirements

  • One or more years of related work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work scheduled morning shifts including rotating weekends
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Provide supervision at the direction of management to coordinate activities of workers and service employees engaged in facilities operations or services
  • Coordinate and support key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations within the work environment
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding work progress and issues
  • Train and assist employees in performing their duties efficiently
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
