Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience in a hospitality, service or related field preferred
- Must have a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening, conflict resolution and communication
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out of a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work effectively under pace and pressure

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names to ensure they feel properly welcomed
- Work collaboratively to contribute to guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support groups and events hosted at the hotel
- Utilize relevant technology and answer phone calls with friendly service
- Maintain sparkling clean workspaces both front and back of house
- Assist teammates with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests warmly while performing cleaning duties
- Complete operational checklists with 100% accuracy each shift
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and maintain neat grooming standards
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Exhibit a can-do attitude beyond traditional role responsibilities
- Collaborate with all team members to foster a welcoming environment
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects in storage, laundry, and public areas
- Ensure all front and back of house areas are well-organized and clean
