Job Requirements

  • two years of previous supervisory experience required
  • ability to work flexible days and shifts
  • strong service oriented attitude

  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred within housekeeping
  • strong service-oriented attitude
  • ability to work flexible days and shifts
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • leadership and coaching ability
  • knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures

Job Duties

  • Exemplifies the image of aloha while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures
  • assist in the administration of the housekeeping department with supervision and coaching of assigned staff
  • responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping and operations in the guest rooms and public areas
  • ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and company policies
  • coordinate staffing schedules and daily workflow
  • conduct training and development for housekeeping staff
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
