Job Requirements
- Three years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to use housekeeping equipment and tools effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk long distances
- Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, stretch, twist, or reach
- Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
- Good communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to work long hours when necessary

Job Duties
- Be a role model by assisting managers and team with training, coaching, cleaning, inspecting
- Be a details person by identifying excellence opportunities and training staff
- Keep an eye on supplies and expenses to meet financial objectives
- Schedule co-workers to meet business demands considering guest and employee requests
- Train team to work safely and efficiently per OSHA guidelines
- Report maintenance and security issues as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
