Job Requirements

  • Three years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to use housekeeping equipment and tools effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk long distances
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
  • Physical ability to kneel, bend, stretch, twist, or reach
  • Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
  • Good communication skills with fluency in English
  • Ability to multitask
  • Willingness to work long hours when necessary

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Be a role model by assisting managers and team with training, coaching, cleaning, inspecting
  • Be a details person by identifying excellence opportunities and training staff
  • Keep an eye on supplies and expenses to meet financial objectives
  • Schedule co-workers to meet business demands considering guest and employee requests
  • Train team to work safely and efficiently per OSHA guidelines
  • Report maintenance and security issues as needed
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
