Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry operations
- Maintain exceptional service levels to enhance guest and team member satisfaction
- Ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, storage, and work areas
- Lead and support the Housekeeping team to meet Drury quality expectations
- Manage the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
- Oversee the operation of cleaning equipment including vacuums, washers, and dryers
- Uphold high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times
