Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, reach, kneel, and bend
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring they perform according to brand and hotel standards
- Screen job applicants and hire new employees if housekeeping associates are HHM employees
- Train staff on efficient room cleaning or partner with external vendors for proper training
- Communicate guest service scores to improve satisfaction
- Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to associates
- Occasionally clean rooms or assist staff with cleaning
- Address associate performance and behavior concerns directly or through vendors
- Supervise laundry employees if applicable
- Prepare work schedules or provide occupancy data to vendors for staffing
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment following MSDS and OSHA standards
- Assist in the breakfast area as needed
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as requested by management
