Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to work overnight shifts on weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate a small team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • Be team-oriented and adaptable
  • Have 1 or more years of related work experience
  • Have previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Be reliable and nurture a healthy and safe working environment
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, healthcare, schools, universities or other establishments
  • Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties assigned that may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
