Job Requirements

  • 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required
  • proven supervisory or leadership experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • bilingual a plus
  • read write and speak English fluently
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
  • flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities including room cleaning public area maintenance and laundry operations
  • train motivate and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
  • conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
  • collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
  • maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • uphold safety and sanitation standards ensuring a healthy work environment
