- Ability to operate laundry and cleaning machinery
- Knowledge of safety protocols for cleaning chemicals

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry functions
- Maintain exceptional service levels through guest and team member satisfaction
- Ensure high-quality standards in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, storage and work areas
- Maintain integrity, service, and hospitality standards with team members, customers, and co-workers
- Lead the Housekeeping team to achieve cleanliness and Drury standards
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers
- Properly use and store cleaning chemicals according to guidelines
