Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to arrive on time and follow clock-in/out procedures
- capacity to stay standing or stationary for long periods
- ability to lift and transport supplies up to 25 pounds
- effective at handling guest and co-worker concerns
- must be able to follow safety and chemical handling protocols

Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or related consumer-facing fields preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests and use their names to enhance guest relations
- handle challenging guest situations with a sense of urgency and hospitality
- manage and oversee housekeeping staff and daily operations including room inspections
- complete housekeeping and operational checklists with 100% accuracy
- conduct daily team meetings and coordinate shift handover reports
- ensure cleanliness and organization of all guest rooms, public areas, and storage rooms
- manage guest request logs and VIP guest needs
- stock housekeeping supplies and manage inventory
- coordinate deep cleaning activities with maintenance
- monitor and maintain chemical safety and key control compliance
- submit and follow up on maintenance requests
- maintain lost and found procedures
- ensure staff wear proper uniform and maintain professionalism at all times
